We do not act as the promotor (developer), constructor, architect, aparejador, or any other licensed professional required by Spanish law. We do not manage construction crews, intermediate funds, or provide architectural or engineering services. All regulated activities are performed by appropriately licensed professionals engaged by the client directly. The client retains full control of every decision and every professional relationship.
