The next best thing to being there yourself. We schedule a live video call at a time that suits you and send someone to the property. You're in the driver's seat: direct where the camera goes, ask about anything you want to see up close, and get instant answers.

This is ideal when you're serious about a property and want the confidence of a real conversation before making an offer. You'll also receive a follow-up written summary after the call, so you have a record of everything discussed.

Who Is This For?

Dutch and EU nationals who are actively searching for property in Spain and want eyes on the ground without flying. Ideal if you've found a shortlist of 3–5 properties and want to filter them down before booking a trip — or if you're serious about one property and want a critical second opinion before making an offer.

How the Live Call Works

After booking, reply to your Stripe receipt with the property link. We'll propose 2–3 available time slots. The call typically runs 30–45 minutes. You can ask us to open every cupboard, check the ceiling for water damage, show you the view from every window — whatever you need to make your decision.

After the call, we compile and send you a written summary within 24 hours.
